A message dated May 11, 1993, was read stating the Senate has                  
passed:                                                                        
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 211                                                            
"An Act relating to the municipal tax exemption for inventories               
intended for export."                                                          
                                                                               
with the following amendment:

Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
House consider the Senate message on HB 211 and HB 211 am S at                 
this time.

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate              
amendment to HB 211, thus adopting HB 211 am S, and recommended
